Fantastic opportunity for qualified Occupational Therapist / Occupational Therapist Assistant with a leading homecare and rehabilitation provider. We are offering top rates for a per diem Occupational Therapist/COTA to perform visits for seniors in a home care setting.
Requirements include:
- Licensed to practice as an OT / OTA in Rhode Island.
- Minimum two (2) years clinical experience.
- Good assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently and well with interdisciplinary team.
- Current OASIS / Medicare experience and electronic health records experience preferred.
- Home care experience preferred.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
