What You'll Do
- Perform residential and light commercial pest control services
- Inspect properties and identify pest activity and conducive conditions
- Apply pest control products safely and according to label requirements
- Communicate clearly with customers about treatments and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service notes and documentation
- Manage your assigned route efficiently
- Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean and organized
- Provide the kind of customer service that makes people want to keep doing business with us
What We're Looking For
Pest control experience is required.
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 1 year of professional pest control experience
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Dependability and a solid work ethic
- Attention to detail
- The ability to safely perform the physical requirements of pest control work, including lifting equipment, using ladders, working outdoors, and entering crawlspaces when necessary
A current Virginia Registered Technician or Commercial Applicator credential is a plus.
