Hospitality Manager
NOTE - Position is also known as Front of House Shift Lead at the restaurant
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team at a high volume ($10+ million) quick service restaurant. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Drive-Thru/ Front Counter/ Hospitality operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, and establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.
Responsibilities:

Learn and work daily in the Front of House area of the restaurant.

Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department.

Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department.

Help establish and achieve all labor goals.

Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department.

Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. (but not required)

1-2 years of relevant leadership experience.

Experience in restaurant preferred. (but not required)

Experience in customer service.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong internal drive for results.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Competitive Base Pay - Paid hourly based on 45-50 hour work week (40 @ regular pay + 10 @ overtime rate). Pay range is $17-$20 per hour.
