About Us
Cocoa Pack is a Portland-based chocolate co-manufacturer crafting premium chocolate bars, bonbons, truffles, and drinking chocolate for brands of all sizes. Our product range includes protein chocolate, functional chocolate, and vegan and sugar-free options. We're USDA Organic, FDA, Fair Trade, and Kosher certified — and we're growing fast. Our newest product lines live at the intersection of chocolate and fitness, formulated with active ingredients for performance and wellness. We produce chocolate for many brands nationwide — and our content creator will help bring those brands' products to life too.
We're looking for a creative storyteller to bring our products to life on social media.
About the Role
You'll be the creative engine behind Cocoa Pack's content — planning, shooting, editing, and posting content that showcases our chocolate, our process, and our product lines — as well as content for the many customer brands we manufacture for nationwide. You'll work directly with our leadership team and have access to a dedicated on-site studio and content creation space.
This position starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as we grow together. After several months of working together in person, hybrid work arrangements are available.
What You'll Do
- Create and post engaging content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
- Produce product content for Cocoa Pack customers — the brands we manufacture chocolate for nationwide
- Plan and execute product photography and video shoots in our on-site studio
- Develop graphics and visual assets for social media, product launches, and campaigns
- Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches and company milestones
- Capture behind-the-scenes content of our chocolate-making process
- Track engagement and adjust content strategy based on what performs
- Collaborate with the team on branding and product content for new launches across our protein, functional, vegan, and sugar-free lines
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating and posting content on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok — you know these platforms inside and out
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Product content creation experience — you've made content that sells
- Photography and video experience (shooting and editing)
- A genuine love of chocolate and fitness — our products live in both worlds, and authentic passion shows in the content
- Self-starter who can take a concept and run with it
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera is a plus
