SUPPORT STAFF – BUSSER / FOOD RUNNER

The Ocean House is a 175-seat, reservations-based, upscale waterfront restaurant.
We are seeking support staff to join a disciplined dining room where organization, speed, and attention to detail define the work.
The Role
- Clear and reset tables with speed and precision
- Support servers and coordinate with management during service
- Run food accurately and efficiently when called upon
- Maintain cleanliness and flow of the dining room at all times
This is a physically demanding role requiring constant movement, lifting, and the ability to work at pace for the duration of service.
What You Bring
- Experience in bussing and/or food running preferred
- Strong work ethic and consistent energy
- Attention to detail and pride in clean, organized work
- Ability to understand and execute direction immediately
- Functional English for service communication
- Professional presence and reliability
The pace is steady and the the execution is crisp and orderly.
The Opportunity
