The required STAFF support may include preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations for senior-level attendees, recurring participation in relevant virtual working groups, conducting virtual weekly staff meetings, using the Access Control System for CAC access to the work site, developing and delivering associated Memorandums, Meeting Minutes and After-Action Reports, Excel Spreadsheets, Decision Papers with multiple courses of action, developing relevant tracking forms, and researching information associated with designated subject matter.
Additionally, STAFF support includes initiating, developing, and maintaining appropriate working relationships at the organization's subordinate element level, monitoring their compliance with applicable APP guidance, and responding to requests for interpretation and assistance. When tasked, prepare and conduct functional area briefings to increase understanding and awareness of the APP benchmark compliance requirements.
