PT Unarmed Guard
Position Overview
Defender One is seeking professional Part-Time Unarmed Security Guards in Maryland.
Part-Time Guards work less than 29 hours per week, with a competitive wage and
opportunities for experienced candidates to earn higher rates based on their expertise.
Requirements
● Licensing & Credentials:
○ Active, non-expired Maryland State Police Security Guard Card.
○ Evidence of security guard training as required by the Maryland State Police
and Maryland Police Training Commission.
Driving Requirements:
○ Active, non-expired driver’s license with a clean driving record.
○ Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations.
● Physical Requirements:
○ Ability to remain on feet or walk for extended periods.
○ Capacity to work in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
● Awareness & Conduct:
○ Strong situational awareness and vigilance at all times.
○ Strict prohibition of personal phone use while on duty.
