Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a BRAND NEW apartment community. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident service, maximizing property performance, and going the extra step for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
- Lead, train, and supervise leasing and maintenance team
- Maintain high occupancy through effective leasing, marketing, and resident retention.
- Ensure rent is collected timely and manage delinquency and collections.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and monthly performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and local regulations.
- Coordinate property maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Respond professionally to resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal and community standards.
- Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment property management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with budgeting, leasing, and resident relations.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, or similar), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in generating reports
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
