- 50-55 hours a week - thats roughly $79,000-$85,000 annually

Job Description
- Day-to-Day tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Run and install PVC piping for irrigation systems and drainage
- Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers, ensuring proper planting techniques and care
- Build and maintain planter walls, utilizing various materials and construction techniques.
- Complete framing, concrete, woodworking, and landscaping work for a variety of construction and property improvement projects.
- Assist with all phases of construction, including site preparation, structural framing, concrete installation, finish carpentry, and exterior landscaping.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mulching, weeding, and pruning
- Assist in the construction of landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare sites for planting and construction by clearing debris and leveling ground.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50-100 pounds, on a regular basis.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and bending throughout the workday.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks such as digging, raking, and shoveling.
- Comfortable working at various heights, such as climbing ladders or working on uneven terrain.
- Manual dexterity for using tools and operating machinery.
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Exposure to dust, dirt, and loud noises from equipment.
- Frequent work on uneven or slippery surfaces, such as dirt, grass, or rocks.
- Potentially working around hazardous materials or chemicals, such as pesticides or fertilizers.
Safety Requirements:

This is outdoor construction work in Florida. We work through the rainy season and continue operations in rain whenever conditions are safe to do so. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and flexible with availability to meet project deadlines. We provide water, shade, and scheduled breaks, and we shut down when conditions aren't safe.
Requirements: valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass a background check and drug screen. We are an E-Verify employer.
