What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional natural hair care and healthy hair services.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Educate clients on healthy hair maintenance and retail recommendations.
- Work collaboratively in a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Uphold The Sanctuary’s luxury brand standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Louisiana Cosmetology License.
- Strong professionalism and reliability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A passion for healthy hair and continuing education.
- Social media presence is a plus but not required.
