Muse is an up-and-coming Black-owned nail bar dedicated to creating beautiful experiences through exceptional service, elevated artistry, and a welcoming atmosphere. We believe every client deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and confident when they leave our chair.
We are currently seeking talented, professional Nail Technicians who are passionate about nail artistry, customer care, and helping us build something special from the ground up.
Position Summary
As a Nail Technician at Muse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nail services while providing an outstanding client experience. This role extends beyond nail artistry and includes maintaining a clean, organized salon environment and contributing to the overall success of the studio.
Responsibilities
Nail Services
- Perform manicures, pedicures, gel services, acrylic applications, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend services when appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with state regulations.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest.
- Address client concerns professionally and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
Salon Upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, common areas, and equipment.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Help ensure products, supplies, and tools are properly stocked and maintained.
- Contribute to the overall presentation and appearance of the salon.

Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process and may include commission, booth rental, or other opportunities based on experience and fit.
