Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to diagnose automotive issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience with brake repair, transmission service, air brake systems, and tire service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales skills to promote additional services or products to customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
