Call Center & Dispatcher
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Call Center & Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians efficiently to ensure timely service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and remains calm under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily service calls.
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability and priority.
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates to customers and field staff.
- Maintain accurate customer records, schedules, and dispatch logs.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.
- Previous call center, customer service, or dispatch experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
