Location: Boca Raton, FL

Schedule: Monday through Thrusday, 9:15AM - 6:30PM / Friday: 9:15AM-5:15PM

Pay: $560 per week base pay, plus qualified-transfer bonuses and additional daily, weekly, and monthly incentives

Worxweb Solutions is hiring Debt Relief Specialists for a growing financial services team in Boca Raton. This is a phone-based, on-site role focused on speaking with business owners to determine if they qualify for a business debt & payment reduction program and if so, hand off to a Finance Manager while utilizing data-entry skills on a computer.
If you are comfortable on the phone & computer, can communicate clearly, and want a full-time opportunity with weekly pay, paid training, and room to grow, this role offers a strong foundation in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do

Handle a high volume of outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner

Speak with prospective business owners to understand their financial situation and gather qualifying information

Explain the process clearly and accurately so clients understand the next step

Transfer qualified clients to the appropriate team member

Document call activity and client details accurately in company systems

Work closely with your team to meet daily activity and performance goals
What we’re looking for

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Comfort working in a phone-based environment

Strong computer skills and accurate data entry

Punctual, organized, and team-oriented approach to work

Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting

Customer service, sales, collections, or call center experience is helpful, but not required
Compensation

Base pay: $560 per week

Qualified transfer bonuses: $30 to $150 per transfer

Daily bonuses:

2 transfers in one day: additional $50

3 transfers in one day: additional $100
