POSITION TITLE: House Supervisor/Designated Manager

Job Summary:
A Designated Coordinator is the house manager, managing scheduling, resident appointments, licensing required paperwork, on call rotation, etc..
House Supervisors aid and support the Designated Coordinators and Residents serviced. This position is responsible for coordinating business office functions and providing support to Residents with mental health and physical health needs, that live in a home. House Supervisors/DCs are expected to be professional, dependable, team players and leaders, while upholding the standards and values of the Mission of Restoration Services of Minnesota, Inc.

HRA benefits offered to FT staff (30 hours/week at least) after 30 days employment.
Hiring Bonus of $500 after successful completion of 6 month of employment.
All on site training provided through state approved training programs and internal RN.
$25-75 shift pick up bonus’ plus overtime pay for extra shifts picked up over 40hrs/week.

Qualifications:
· High School Diploma plus specialized training of less than two years required
· Experience in working with adults in Behavioral/Mental Health
· Experience in similar supervisor position
· MN Driver’s license
