Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and prepare accurate estimates for tree care services based on inbound requests from residential, commercial and municipal clients.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure service proposals are well-documented, comprehensive and align with client needs and company standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the estimating process.

Requirements:
- Some relevant experience in the tree care industry or a related field is required; however, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
- Certified Arborist designation is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately estimate time, resources, and costs associated with tree care projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Passion for community involvement and teamwork, and a desire to make a positive impact through our services.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable access to a vehicle for site visits.
