Job Summary
The Seasonal Internet Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately processing and shipping Amazon and other e-commerce orders in accordance with vendor-specific requirements. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped correctly while meeting performance, safety, and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, and ship Amazon and other internet retailer orders accurately and efficiently
- Re-box, label, and prepare orders according to vendor-specific compliance requirements
- Verify shipment details to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Request routing and coordinate shipments with small parcel and LTL freight carriers
- Wrap, palletize, and stage orders for carrier pickup
- Close out orders in Epicor and generate Advance Ship Notices (ASNs)
- Ensure all orders meet vendor specifications to avoid chargebacks, penalties, or fines
- Troubleshoot order and shipment issues and collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies
Inventory, Supplies & Performance
- Track and request fulfillment supplies such as boxes, tape, labels, and tools
- Monitor daily and weekly fulfillment performance and communicate progress toward goals
- Support corrective actions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and vendor compliance
Safety & Sanitation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area
- Assist in maintaining warehouse security
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and regulations, including OSHA and MSDS standards
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist warehouse staff in order processing and picking
- Deliver orders to be picked by warehouse staff
- Provide backup assistance in warehouse as needed
- Participate in company events
- Complete other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PROFICIENCIES
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Experience using FedEx and UPS shipping software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and office staff
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as business needs require
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Capable of performing physical tasks including bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
PREFERRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience
- Experience working for manufacturers serving the garden, landscape, and outdoor living industries

This job posting includes anticipated compensation, which reflects the starting pay range we are considering for this role. The actual base salary offered will be reflective of the candidate’s skills and experience.
