- Set up and operate CNC machines

Read blueprints and work orders

Load materials and verify machine settings

Inspect finished parts and maintain quality standards

Troubleshoot equipment and replace worn tooling

Meet production, quality, and safety goals
- CNC or machining experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

Basic math and measuring skills

Experience in structural steel fabrication is a plus

Welding and cutting torch experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Lift up to 50 lbs.

Work in a manufacturing environment with heat, cold, and humidity
