Key Responsibilities
- Evaluations & Plans: Assess resident mobility and create customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Therapeutic Care: Deliver interventions to restore function, improve movement, and manage pain.
- Education & Compliance: Train residents and families on safety techniques while maintaining accurate electronic documentation.
- Teamwork: Partner closely with our interdisciplinary care team to maximize patient progress.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois (or eligible).
- Strong clinical evaluation skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
