Full Job Description
We are a premier, patient-focused dental practice seeking a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a high-visibility role for a polished, personable professional who thrives on building patient trust and helping people say "yes" to the care they need.
As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the vital link between our patients and our clinical team. You will guide patients through their treatment plans, present care and financial options with clarity and confidence, and ensure every step — from diagnosis to scheduling to financial arrangements — feels seamless. Your work directly shapes both the patient experience and the success of the practice.
If you take pride in delivering five-star service, have a gift for clear and empathetic communication, and want to grow with a practice that values excellence, we'd love to meet you.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and scheduling.
- Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately, helping patients understand their options, costs, and insurance coverage — and guiding them toward confident treatment acceptance.
- Partner with our doctors and clinical team to coordinate comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
- Prepare accurate financial arrangements, including payment plan options, financing, and insurance estimates.
- Maintain precise patient records, treatment documentation, and insurance information.
- Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment that builds patient trust and loyalty.
- Support key administrative functions, including appointment confirmations, follow-up communication, and practice compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly, warmly, and persuasively.
- A genuine, service-first approach to patient care and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently in a busy, well-run practice.
- Treatment coordination, case presentation, or dental front-office experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, billing, and insurance processing.
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental practice management software (preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay of $55,000–$80,000 per year, with performance-based bonus potential.
- Bonus opportunities based on performance and meeting office goals.
- A supportive, professional team and a high-end patient experience you'll be proud to represent.
- Modern, well-equipped offices and established systems that set you up to succeed.
- Opportunities for training, growth, and advancement within a respected, growing practice.
- Benefits — health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education, and discounted employee dental care.
