What You'll Do:
*Lead and develop an internet sales team that will meet or exceed sales goals.
*Maximize sales opportunities by fully utilizing all tools given to succeed. Provide constant training of internet personnel to boost conversion rates, timely follow-up on leads and developing a strong customer base for future success.
*Work closely with finance and sales managers while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
*Desk all internet deals and stay up to date with the current incentives, rates and marketing conditions.
*Manage dealer inventory as it pertains to the market.
What You'll Need:
*Proven track record of success in automotive retail sales or internet sales.
*Valid California Driver's License
*Valid California Sales License
*Clean Driving Record
*Proof of authorization to work within the United States
*Excellent communication skills

Compensation Plan:
*Salary plus commission based on internet department production.
