Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects to expand the customer base.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly and persuasively to meet customer needs.
- Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or showcase offerings in a professional manner.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue per customer interaction.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain organized records of activities, customer interactions, and route schedules.
- Address any production delays or installation hurdles transparently with a solution-oriented mindset.
Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service, consultative sales, or account management role.
- Ability to comfortably calculate measurements, read dimensions, and generate accurate cost estimates.
- Ability to translate technical terminology (substrates, finishes, installation specs) into clear, easy-to-understand concepts for clients.
- Strong pipeline and project tracking habits with the ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the print, signage, or graphic arts industry.
- Familiarity with estimating or CRM project management software.
- Experience conducting basic site surveys (taking site photos and field measurements).
