We are seeking a reliable and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing HVAC systems while also assisting with general apartment maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment unit turns, including make-ready work for new move-ins
- Assist with general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Conduct preventive maintenance throughout the property
- Maintain common areas, amenities, and building systems
- Be available for on-call maintenance emergencies
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
Qualifications:
- HVAC Certification Required
- Previous apartment, multifamily, or general maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge in other areas including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required
