Looking for an experienced flooring estimator. You will be estimating contract flooring materials and installation: carpet, wood, vinyl, vct, ceramic etc
You must be an energetic, self-starter with experience in the flooring industry. You have the following skills: *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Good attention to detail *Self-motivated *Independent worker *Ability to provide excellent customer service
*Have reliable transportation: job walks and meetings are required, we reimburse mileage *
Experienced with estimating program such as RMFS MEASURE, CALLIDUS, FLOORIGHT. Please specify this in your resume.
You will be building and maintaining relationships with GC management in a territory of many existing floor covering accounts.
Your day-to-day work will include:
*Setting up job walks and quotes
*Estimating projects for bidding
*Reading spec books
PAY: $65k-$90k depending on experience. mileage reimbursement monthly.
BENEFITS: Company pays health, dental and vision. This is not a 1099 position.
