A Best Tile Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Branch functions and staff, focusing on customer satisfaction, store performance, and profitability. The Manager is a significant contributor to the success and profitability of a Branch and, ultimately, provides direct support to the Company's overall mission to be the leading supplier of tile and stone.
Branch Manager Responsibilities:

Achieve financial objectives by promoting a sales culture

Hold employees accountable for customer service standards and sales goals

Drive the recruiting, hiring, and performance management process

Establish rapport with potential and actual customers
-
Independently or with your manager, determine product to be sold, setting prices and credit terms based on customer demand and forecasts

Ensure availability of merchandise

Authorize payments and merchandise returns
-
Establish and implement Branch work rules
-
Ensure safety, security, and maintenance standards are met

Perform the tasks of Branch staff as needed and while also attending to management duties
Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 base plus bonus ($100,000 total potential)

Management experience in a retail environment, accomplishment with reaching sales goals, and staff development;

Proven sales track record with experience in the tile and stone industry or building materials is strongly preferred;

Ability to understand and contribute to an organization's vision, goals, and priorities;

Superior relationship-building skills; strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation);

Ability to self-motivate with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and proven team-building skills;

Solid computer and systems skills;

Formal or informal training in interior design/architecture and/or a Bachelor's Degree is helpful
