Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Basic mathematical skills are required
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner upon entering the premises.
- Assist customers with their requests, both inside the store and outside. As well as answering the phone in a professional and polite manner.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, including lottery and maintain proper cash at POS registers.
- Maintain a clean work environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and outside.
- Clean, face and stock shelves, as well as keep displays and cooler stocked as needed.
- Ensure the task checklist is completed for each shift, worked.
- Applicants should be able to multi-task, perform repeated bending, stand for several hours at a time, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Applicants must be willing to work with a flexible schedule.
Schedule
- 4 - 8 hour shifts
- Side Help Shift (Approximately 10A - 2P)
- Night Shift
- Midnight Shift
- Weekends
- Holidays
Pay frequency:
- Bi-weekly (Every other week)
