Carts on 12 is looking for a motivated, dependable Sales & Inventory Manager to join our team. If you’re organized, enjoy working with customers, and have a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding business.
Responsibilities
- Sell new and refurbished golf carts
- Greet customers in person, by phone, and online
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Keep showroom and lot organized and presentable
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory
- Photograph and list inventory online
- Track inventory and update pricing
- Coordinate with the service department on completed units
- Schedule deliveries and customer pickups
- Assist with rentals when needed
- Help maintain a clean, professional dealership
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to safely drive golf carts
Preferred Skills
- Inventory management experience
- Facebook Marketplace or online sales experience
- QuickBooks or dealership software experience
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required
