Commercial HVAC Service Sales | B2B Outside Sales
Location: Chantilly, VA
Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + Uncapped Commission
OTE: $120,000 - $150,000+ in your First Year

Kodiak is seeking a Commercial HVAC Account Executive to develop new business throughout the Chantilly, VA market. This is a true hunter role focused on selling commercial HVAC service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, repair services, plumbing, building automation, electrical, and water treatment solutions to commercial customers. This is a direct hire position.

What You'll Do
- Develop new commercial business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Sell HVAC preventive maintenance agreements, repair services, plumbing, building automation, electrical, and water treatment solutions
- Build relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers, Building Engineers, Operations Directors, and Commercial Real Estate professionals
- Generate new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
Required
- 3-7 years of outside B2B sales experience
- Experience selling recurring service agreements, maintenance contracts, or commercial services
- Proven success developing new business through prospecting and cold calling
- Experience selling to commercial customers
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience managing a CRM and Microsoft Office
