This individual will be responsible for desking deals, appraising cars, follow up with staff on prospects. The Sales Manager position is responsible for effectively managing the sales team and F&I department. The Sales Manager will manage the sales process from start to finish. Must be able to establish and meet monthly sales goals.
This person must have:
- Either a minimum of 3-5 years of Automotive experience in Sales and/or F&I experience.
- Must be a team player and be willing to get in front of customers.
- Strong work ethic
