Position Overview:
As a team member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing and serving delicious frozen yogurt treats, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, positive experience.
- Take customer orders and offer suggestions based on preferences.
- Prepare and serve a variety of frozen yogurt treats.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash register and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area and dining space.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide information about available flavors, toppings, and special promotions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Wash and sanitize machine to industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices. CA Food Handler's certification preferred.
Shift Availability:
- Must be available to work at least 5 days a week from 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- Must be available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
