Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Banquet Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. This role is all about helping us prepare delicious, high-quality dishes for our banquet events in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Support the kitchen team by cooking and portioning food for upcoming banquets and events.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area, ensuring food safety and proper handling practices.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals meet health standards.
- Aid in setting up banquet tables with prepared food items, ensuring presentation meets quality expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and event readiness.
- Support catering staff during events by replenishing food supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service is preferred.
- Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food handling safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Strong knife skills and experience with meal preparation are a plus.
- Experience working in restaurants or the food industry demonstrates your ability to thrive in busy environments.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
