Position Title: Pro-Home Turn Kleener
- Valid Driver's License Required.
- Must be willing to commute and travel as needed.
- Must be dependable and ready to work.
- Mist have cleaning experience.
- Able to work with little to no supervision.
- Deep cleaning all areas of homes /units to prepare for Move-ins or Move-outs.
- Cleaning inside and outside all appliances, inside/outside cabinets, sinks, tubs, inside/outside toilets, entrance doors, interior/ exterior windows, vacuum all carpet, and moping all floors.

A Day in the Life of a Pro Kleener: Mastering Our 6-Step Cleaning Success
As a Pro Kleener, you'll be at the forefront of delivering our promise of quality cleaning. You'll expertly follow our proven 6-Step Cleaning Process to ensure every space shines:
- Janitor's Closet Prep: Set up your essential equipment – janitor cart, mop bucket(s), vacuum, and more – ready to tackle the day!
- Restrooms/Breakrooms: Dive into these high-traffic areas, ensuring they are impeccably clean from start to finish.
- Trash Removal: Systematically collect and dispose of all trash, ensuring it reaches the designated dumpster.
- Surface Transformation: Meticulously wipe down and dust ALL surfaces, working from top to bottom and front to back for a thorough clean.
- Floor Perfection: Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to a spotless finish, leaving them gleaming.
- Full Walk Around & Reset: Conduct a final walk-through to ensure perfection. Then, return to the Janitor's Closet, clean all equipment, and set up for the next day's success!
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing general cleaning of buildings and maintaining them in excellent condition.
- Expertly vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms to high standards.
- Ensuring all doors are securely locked after hours.
- Promptly cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notifying supervisors or managers of any major repairs needed.
- Efficiently collecting and disposing of trash.
- Completing tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Keeping cleaning supplies well-stocked.
- Maintaining a clean and organized Janitor closet and all equipment
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
This position requires active janitorial cleaning. To successfully perform the essential functions, you will regularly communicate, listen, stand, walk, bend, and use your hands. You must be able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Close vision abilities are required, and corrective lenses must be worn if needed for detailed cleaning. Work is primarily performed indoors, with occasional outdoor requirements for meetings. The noise level for this position is low to moderate.
