Paint Line Production Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Paint Line Production Associate to join our production team. This position involves loading and unloading parts, operating within the paint department, monitoring oven cycles, and maintaining production schedules while following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts onto production racks.
- Place racks into curing ovens and monitor timers to ensure proper processing.
- Safely handle, measure, and mix paint and thinner according to established procedures.
- Apply safe work practices while working in the paint room.
- Wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain production pace and meet daily production goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to safely wear a respirator for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a paint room environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Manufacturing or paint line experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
- Medium lifting required.
- Work is physically demanding but does not involve heavy lifting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
