Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a qualified and collaborative School Psychologist for a school-based position near Albany, OR. This role involves supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development through evaluations, consultation, and intervention services. The School Psychologist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive services and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
This is a full-time, school-based opportunity with a supportive district and manageable caseload.
Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data.
- Develop and present comprehensive evaluation reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Provide consultation on behavioral and academic interventions.
- Support MTSS/RTI frameworks and data-driven decision making.
- Maintain compliance with IDEA and Oregon state regulations.
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology (required).
- Valid Oregon School Psychologist license through the Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (required).
- Completion of a state-approved school psychology program and supervised internship.
- Knowledge of assessment tools, report writing, and IEP processes.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet all district onboarding and background check requirements.
Requirements:

School psychologists in Oregon are licensed through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) and hold a Personnel Services License.
- Candidates must complete at least a master’s or specialist-level program in school psychology, typically including a supervised internship.
- Licensure allows practice across PreK–12 settings and is generally valid for three years with renewal requirements.
- Many candidates also hold or are eligible for the Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential, which can support licensure portability.
