American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant with an active California license and 2+ years of experience for a Home Health assignment covering Alameda County.

Home health setting serving Alameda County, covering cities from Fremont to Berkeley as well as Tri-Valley areas including Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton

Caseload of 6 patient visits per day

Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

13-week contract

Active California PTA license required

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of PTA experience required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates

2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration

California license required if applicable

Provide physical therapy assistant services to home health patients across a defined geographic territory in Alameda County

Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract

Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
