Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient assessment skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality nursing care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, ensuring safety, and supporting residents' well-being in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and physical examinations to inform care plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders while adhering to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.
- Manage IV infusions, catheter care, and airway management with precision and attention to safety protocols.
- Document medical records meticulously using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner; ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop discharge planning strategies and coordinate post-acute or long-term care services.
- Provide specialized care including Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory care, hospice, and behavioral health support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection/processing, and wound suturing as required for patient treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, medication administration, and care procedures.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in medical-surgical nursing, geriatrics, or specialized areas such as critical care or emergency medicine.
- Prior exposure to complex patient populations including those with developmental disabilities or requiring acute pain management.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and long-term care regulations essential for maintaining compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and provide excellent patient-centered care.

Pay: $26.00 - $37.50 per hour
