About The Bridge
The Bridge: A Center for Hope and Healing is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) mental health and social service organization located in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. We provide individual counseling, support groups, and community-based programs that promote emotional health and psychological well-being for people of all ages throughout the SouthCoast region.
Today, The Bridge is home to a growing multidisciplinary team of more than 10 licensed mental health clinicians, allowing us to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while fostering a collaborative and supportive professional environment.

Our Mission
To provide the community with a welcoming environment that promotes mental health and wellness by helping people of all ages experience emotional and psychological well-being through access to individual counseling, support groups, and other therapeutic programs.
Position Summary
We are seeking licensed LMHCs and LICSWs to provide outpatient mental health counseling to individuals, children, adolescents, families, and adults. Clinicians will have the opportunity to build a caseload that reflects their clinical interests while working alongside an experienced, supportive team committed to excellence in behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Provide individual, family, and behavioral health counseling.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues and community providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an LMHC or LICSW
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong computer and electronic documentation skills
Preferred
- Two or more years of clinical experience
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong professional development
- Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
