Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a School Psychologist with opportunities available both in-person (hybrid flexibility possible) and via remote assessment. In this contract position, you will provide vital psychological services, working with students across multiple schools to conduct evaluations and support educational outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado School Psychologist License with CDE
- Experience in school-based psychology, including student assessments and reevaluations
- For remote (VOCO) candidates: Comfort delivering services virtually and managing a high volume of assessments
- For on-site/hybrid candidates: Capability to serve students directly as well as conduct annual reevaluations
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret psychoeducational assessments for students, focusing on reevaluations (approximately 45/year for in-person, 70/year for VOCO)
- Provide direct psychological services to students (on-site or hybrid role)
- Participate in eligibility, Individualized Education Program (IEP), and multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate records and documentation
- Serve as a resource to school staff and families, supporting students’ emotional, social, and behavioral growth
- Utilize best practices and remain current with professional standards in school psychology
