Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at our new West Bend location. This is a fast-paced, team-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality, visually appealing food in a brewery setting.
Our kitchen operates without a traditional hood system, so we rely on precision, organization, and consistency using specialized equipment (Alto-Shaam, flat tops, etc.). The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands the importance of execution in every plate.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards and recipes
- Execute dishes with strong attention to presentation and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team
- Communicate clearly during service to ensure smooth ticket flow
- Assist with prep, stocking, and maintaining pars
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adapt quickly in a high-volume, counter-service environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Team-first mindset and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
