Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview:
Arms Wide Open ABA is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Arizona. In this role, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA programs for children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Create and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress
- Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams
- Provide caregiver training and guidance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
