Position Overview
As a Maintenance Attendant, you'll help preserve the appearance, functionality, and overall condition of our tiny homes, guest amenities, and common areas. Working alongside our operations team, you'll complete preventative maintenance, address repairs, and assist with exterior upkeep to ensure every guest arrives to a property that's clean, safe, and ready to enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Perform minor repairs: doors, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware.
- Complete touch-up painting and cosmetic repairs as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance within cottages and guest spaces
- Power wash patios, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces
- Clean fire pits, charcoal grills, and outdoor gathering areas
- Assist with trash collection and maintaining the overall appearance of the resort
- Report larger maintenance issues requiring additional attention
- Support seasonal projects and property improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or maintenance work
- Ability to diagnose and complete common repairs independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience required
