We are a sales and development firm dedicated to AT&T Fiber's expansion. Our firm gives full-time Entry Level Managers the opportunity to build leadership skills while overseeing day-to-day team operations and supporting business growth within their assigned territory. In this role, you'll help coordinate team performance, assist with operational planning, and contribute to a positive customer experience while developing the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.
As an Entry Level Manager, you'll begin with hands-on training covering AT&T Fiber products, business operations, team leadership, and customer engagement. As you grow in the role, you'll help oversee a small team, support daily operations, monitor performance, and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience throughout the enrollment process.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager
- Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small sales team while maintaining an organized and productive work environment.
- Support team development through coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Monitor daily activity, team goals, and operational performance to help keep projects on track.
- Coordinate territory planning, scheduling, and follow-up efforts to improve overall team efficiency.
- Work alongside team members to provide excellent customer service and support AT&T Fiber enrollment initiatives when needed.
- Review team performance with leadership and help identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Manager
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in leadership, customer service, sales, or team coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable leading a small team while balancing operational and customer-focused responsibilities.
- Motivated to learn business operations, team management, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
