Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and dependable Office Assistant / Floater to support our daily operations. In this dual-role capacity, you will manage administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly while providing flexible coverage across various classrooms as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Answer phones, manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain physical and digital filing systems, and order office supplies.
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer general inquiries, and ensure reception and common areas are clean and welcoming.
- Departmental "Floater" Support: Step in to assist teachers and in the classrooms, during high-volume periods, staff absences, or special projects.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Help arrange meetings, set up conference rooms, and coordinate appointments or events.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Prepare basic reports, update records, and maintain accurate data.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
