Full Job Description:
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
Diagnoses equipment issues, replaces components such as bearings and sensors, and supports basic electrical and control system work. Works closely with production teams to maintain equipment reliability, follow safety procedures, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform production line changeovers and equipment repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and PLC-controlled systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose issues with motors, drives, sensors, pumps, bearings, and gearboxes
- Support equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with AC/DC motors, drives, and control systems
- Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred.
- Packaging manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
