We are seeking a skilled and reliable Computer Maintenance Technician to oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization's computer systems, hardware, and peripheral devices.

Hardware Support: Assemble, install, configure, and test computer hardware, servers, printers, and other peripheral equipment.

Software Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and standard corporate applications.

System Diagnostics: Run diagnostic programs and use troubleshooting techniques to identify, isolate, and resolve hardware and software malfunctions.

Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including dusting internal components, checking cable connections, and optimizing system performance to prevent future failures.

Network Troubleshooting: Assist with basic network infrastructure maintenance, including configuring Wi-Fi connections, patching Ethernet cables, and setting up local network printers.

Security & Backups: Deploy antivirus software, perform malware removals, and ensure data backup protocols are functioning correctly.

Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of hardware serial numbers, software licenses, system upgrades, and maintenance requests.

User Training: Guide non-technical staff on best practices for device care, basic troubleshooting, and cybersecurity awareness.
