As a Guest Experience Lead (GEL) at McDonald’s, you’re the face of our restaurant. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care of—from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave.
What You’ll Do:

Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, inviting environment

Support customers in the lobby, dining area, and kiosks
