Storm Contracting LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Outside Roofing Sales Representative to help grow our company. This person will handle company-provided leads while also developing new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community outreach.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, building relationships, and managing customers throughout the sales process. Roofing experience is helpful, but training is available for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with company-provided leads promptly
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, canvassing, property visits, and other prospecting methods
- Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial property owners
- Inspect roofing systems and identify potential roofing needs
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Assist customers throughout the sales and contracting process
- Work with insurance-related roofing customers when applicable
- Maintain accurate customer information, notes, appointments, and sales activity
- Represent Storm Contracting professionally in the community
- Ask satisfied customers for referrals and reviews
- Meet agreed-upon sales and performance goals

- Roofing, construction, insurance, or outside-sales experience is preferred but not required
Compensation
- Healthy commission-based earning opportunity

Training and Support
Training is available for candidates who have strong sales ability, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We will provide guidance on our roofing systems, sales process, estimating procedures, customer communication, and project workflow.
