QUALIFICATIONS:
NY State Licensed Practical Nurse Certification (required)
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
LPN will assist the School Nurse/RN in charge of the Health Office.
Under the supervision of the RN, the LPN will:

assess students
-
attend to minor medical needs
-
deliver medication as prescribed by doctor orders

assist with hygiene/toileting of younger students
-
perform medical procedures as appropriate for a school health office

other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
