Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and services.
- Manage inventory control, including stock management, pricing strategies, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar retail management role is required.
- Proven track record in retail sales with strong time management skills.
- Experience in team management with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Familiarity with retail management practices, including inventory control and customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
