Jewelry Retail Sales Associate
We are looking for a motivated Jewelry Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual, has customer service experience, and is enthusiastic about helping customers find the perfect piece while driving sales. In this role, you'll work with fine diamond jewelry and luxury products while learning the skills and techniques needed to confidently sell high-end jewelry and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with jewelry selections
- Learn about fine diamond jewelry and luxury products to confidently educate customers
- Build relationships with clients and provide a personalized luxury shopping experience
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process sales transactions and support store operations
Requirements:
- Bilingual (preferred/required)
- Weekend availability required
- Previous customer service or retail experience
- Interest in luxury retail and a willingness to learn about fine jewelry and diamond sales
- Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to work in a sales-driven environment
